Tournament Request

Dear Community,

Would it not be cool, if ´papaya play´ organised a tournament, such as ´Nexon´ did in 2016:  It would make ´WarRock´ bigger and more successful since you advertise WarRock and it catches more people´s attention and leads to expandation of both the game and community. Why should WarRock not be like CS:GO and organise actual ´lan-tournaments´, where the best players in WarRock compete against each other on a sportsmanlike basis. It should be 4on4 and based on ´ESL-Rules´, because it will increase the joy of the game since it is fair and balanced. Plus ´ESL´ would advertise ´WarRock´ aswell if it actually gets popping. If YOU want tournaments too, please share this with your friends and try to make ´WarRock´ big. Every help is much appreciated.

    On dev Stream they said that they are talking with esl staff . I think they will organise some tournaments in future, but atm game needs some fixes. Especially weapons rebalance, that we are getting soon.

    ESL is garbage, the rules of it are not entirely garbage, but the way things are ran.

    Tournaments(cups) are a joke, ladders are empty cause the only teams on it are NationCup teams (pretty much).

    For a new player to start playing ESL it's complete aids, its difficult.
    And people won't start all of a sudden playing it because lets say:

    1. A B.G player joins a ESL room, he's clueless, no idea what it is.
    2. He uses his characters, famas, etc.
    3. He'll be kicked out of the room in a matter of seconds.
    4. He'll not come back into a ESL room.

    There's no promotion for new players to start doing the same.

    Look at this tournament from Warrock PH and what they use in it.
    And also they actually have a good looking spectator mode.

    Anyways, if Papaya where to organize their own tournaments..
    I don't really see how it could work, there's only a hand full of teams on the ESL ladder.
    I don't think it will bring new players to the game either.

    I think they should NOT host their own tournament but support a site like ESL.
    But my biggest wish is that there will be a replacement for ESL, someone making a spreadsheet and putting 100 euro's in the pot and just invite NC teams would be better then the actual nationscup on ESL itself already, I hope there will be something better that can & will replace ESL for Warrock, or maybe that ESL starts dramatically improving itself all of a sudden :)

    The reason I don't play on ESL is because its 100 times easier to play a FW.
    Playing on ESL is too complicated, and why would I wanna play in a dumb ladder where there's absolutely nothing to gain, it's garbage, people that play on ESL act like elitist f*cks ^^, yet no one gives a crap cause all your doing is playing the same people over and over again and there won't be anyone new signing up cause of the teams excisting.

    If you want to make it better, make your own team Hacay, leave the turks, invite some friends and get them into ESL, if everyone would start doing this for the fun of it, it would grow already, but everyone on ESL has too much pride so they will never actually do this :)

    So my answer is: No
    And what I wrote was: people that play on ESL ruin the site them selves.
    ofcourse the people in charge are shit aswell, but the people that play on ESL for Warrock don't make it better :)
