Box dissapearing

I've bought neon box and country box(flaggs like that) and I can't find it, it isn't stored in Inbox.
Tried relogging/restarted game. 

What can I do to get these open/back?

    Also bought AW50 all in 1 box. Can't find them.

    bought premium epic k1 de White 8th pk and k1 all in one box 4 times and i became of my boxes for the k1 all in one and my premium epic k1 de White 8th pk is completly missing ...
