Trouble with buying LTC

General Discussion
So I've bought LTC before, right when the game launched and everything worked fine. My characters are all a high level and I meet all the requirements etc. Etc.

However, I tried to buy LTC three days ago as well as today and received the same issue. After inputting my credit card information, and going to the "Verified by Visa" pop-up, my transaction gets cancelled and it gives me a message telling me to call my bank at the fraud prevention number.

Is anyone else having this problem?

    Did you try contacting your bank first? You may have a problem on your bank account unbeknownst to you.

    Nope.

    Contact your bank and tell them what the problem is. After resolving the issue with them, just try again.

    If this happens, it's probably because you've made multiple purchases within a short amount of time, all banks will see this and detect possible fraud. Your bank will probably text/call/email you asking to confirm your identity so they can unlock your account.

    Fixed. Just had to call the bank. Unrelated to Papaya Play.
