IDR Puzzling Priring Hat and Slippers?

I really wanted to make a IDR set but i'm noticing the Priring Set has no place to put IDR, i thought it did, or was it the other versions of the Priring hats?
There was a in game fashion that I remember could be puzzled I believe it was called Dung Hat? either way I think all fashion parts should have the IDR option LTC fashion or not what do you think?
