Latale create windows bugs and stuff..

Hello there, when it's says on the title latale make my windows strange ... ( I'm on win7 )
Well first, when the game is open, it won't let me open any applications, files, or anything ( even the sound on the bottom right ! )
Second, it doesn't appear anywhere in my task manager ( even on the resource monitor .. )
And finally, sometime the background load strange (like in the sky coliseum, i was able to see the whole back background, a full grey square and nothing of the map (like stairs, mobs, etc..)
Please i really need help all of this is really, really annoying for me ...
