Nexon won't let me login to migrate

I know I'm a bit late with the migration but I have a pretty busy life.

I know that I have untill the 19th to migrate so idk why nexon won't let me. Everytime I try to login to nexon they tell me account doesnt exist/password incorrect. But the weird thing is that I'm still possible to change my password. Even after changing my password and using that to log in it still tells me account doesnt exist/wrong password. Wtf is going on? They recognize my e-mail is valid because I can change my password and see all my nexon-emails from the past. But even when I change password to something that's impossible to mistype they still say account doesnt exist/password incorrect.
