Server disconnect error at login and Wireshark

This is the result. I can't login because the server sends a RST ACK packet (red line) when I try to login which shouldn't happen. I can only log in with VPN but it lags really hard so I've been trying to log in without VPN.

What I've found so far,

64.237.39.158 is the login server IP of Dekaron

64.237.39.154 is the game server IP of Dekaron

7880 and 7881 are external ports

I'm not sure about internal ports, it changes every time I try to log in, range is somewhere around 51000-54000. Port forwarding doesn't work. I tried everything I know but nothing works. Any ideas?
