Is it worth to start again?

Hello guys. I know there is a lot of topics like that but I like to have informations about game, population etc. I asked in this section cause I didnt find better place to ask about things like that. So basically... I wanted to start again with Dekaron and to recall amazing memories from time when I was young. I didnt play for very, very long time and I heard that a lot of things changed. I dont even remember when I played last time. Maybe 5 years ago or more. I have few questions about game etc.

1. First of all I want to know if population is high enough to play comfortable, make trades etc. I just like when Im at town and see lot of people. 
2. Pay2Win - I doubt that Dekaron became pay2win but as I wrote before I didnt play for long time and Im not sure what changed. 
3. Character - If I decide to start play again what class I should play? Basically I like big numbers, good DPS and good survivability. There are a lot of class now. When I played last time there were Azure, Baggi, Segnale, Summoner, Magician, Hunter and Aloken. 

I think those questions are everything what I want to know about game. Thanks for replies!

    Yes you should come back.
    The changes you will see in the game, focus on the main quest and you will be fine :)
    It`s easier to level up now, so you can try all chars and decide after witch one you wanna play with.
    I started with a summoner 3 days ago and i`m at 145 :)

    The game is dead admit it when companies care only about the money and not the player base it will be dead for long time everybody knows that never gonna be the same again im player from the end of 2moons and the start of dekaron i lost everything now i made a new char but i dont like what i see...
    There are more spamming bots than real players and the real players are not making partys anymore they just sell items that nobody buys or if we talk about the buyers they got items from dshop to sell the only thing that is selling is that and at the end u will say that is not pay to win well it is u cant farm nothing anymore you cant make dill one weap +9 is selling for 3BILLS when u cant do even 300m becouse nobody buys +7 items anymore we got new sets and new weaps blah blah blah we got +10s congrats to the peoples who spend money becouse thats the only way to have fun with the game otherwise u s*ck *ss  so one player less as everyday cya :)
