Lagging problem and i am the only one using the Internet connection

i have a problem in connecting with the game , after 6 seconds from playing any game . All things become freezed without any movements . This happens in all games i entered . I am from Egypt

    Hello yahyaewida,

    For your issue, please attempt the following steps :

    - Switch off your router.
    - Wait for +30 seconds.
    - Switch it back on.

    If it still doesn't work, repeat the same steps mentioned above.
