Getting kicked from your own room IS GETTING RIDICULOUS

nenoxgam3rnenoxgam3r Posts: 47Member Beginner
Hello,

I'm here to talk about a known issue which is getting kicked from your own room that you might have worked hard to keep,

For example, I kept a room for hours {Room 2} and then some random guy comes in and kicks me?
which is stupid tbh and I really hope the GM'S would take this seriously.

The other thing I would like to suggest is we need to be able to change the game mode from inside the room setting without having to re-create the room which can lead losing it.
And this would improve the gaming experience a lot.

Thank you.

Hey, my suggestions for this problem is that if you have Super master and you are room master, you can't be kicked, super master should also activate when the room is passed to you.

That's a little bit more ridiculous when I join on the spawncamped team to turn the game out and after we capture all the bases and we start to spawn camp the other team and  I get kicked by a player who calls me a cheater everyday. :D Gotta love it when they keep you when you're useful, then kick when you did all the job, and they don't need you anymore, typical.

@Killingtime I totally agree with you.
also sometimes people get distracted by the game and they don't realize the kick vote so they just press anything randomly without realizing you're the master or something, the funny thing is I was SUPER MASTER and I got kicked & lost the room...

Also, people can take advantage of this like if you have room 1 they kick you for their own advantage to take the room from you.

It's not fair when you pay for a game that is not allowed to play

A possibility would be to reinsert the old "Vote Kick: on/off" if you have the Super Master PX.
It was a great thing that disappeared when we've had the first UI changes.

I really hope that Papaya will find a compromise to avoid these kind of situations.

I agree with @killingtime on this one. We need to have it so that Supermaster is immune to being kicked once the game has started. Or maybe make it so that we have the ability to buy such an item that allows us to not be kicked. What does everyone this of this? I agree we need to do something about this though

I am the victim of the votekick problem.
People make you play but when it comes to the 4 round vote kick.
    This is an example:

    And vote kick:

@bezoitalicum yea man that's perfect that's what we want! but papaya might consider this is dangerous at the moment because the Anti-Cheat isn't working perfectly and cheat players might buy this Item to be immune from kicks which is a disaster

But when the Anti-Cheat fully activated and the game is CLEAN there's no excuses for this to be added.

It would also nice to get the "Premium Only" selection:

This problem will never go away. People vote for friends, clanmates, want a better team etc.
The only potential solution is ban for abusing the vote kick. Which is ridiculous too.
  • R3voxWRR3voxWR Posts: 568Member Intermediate
Okay, voting for friends and clan mate is totally legit. But kicking who created the room isn't fair.

A long time ago vote kick abusing was bannable, nowadays noone cares about it.

Voting for friends etc. is ridiculous too. What do you think will happen to new players ? They will kicked EVERY single game and then people are wondering 'Why do i only see high level players?Hmm..'

Man, yeah I understand your point of view but..
I feel that kicking for a friend is totally legit.
When this "excuse" became that to fun vote it's being a dirty action.

Also I feel bad for the new players, I created a new account and I couldn't even play the frkn game from the kicks that I got, but when I named myself to a girl nickname it's totally fine they don't kick? wdf is this..racist :D

I really hope papaya consider this because WarRock PH already has this function which you cannot kick Premium Users, also If papaya adds this to SUPER MASTER Users It would be more than great.

    Here's my wishlist:
1 - Be able to change the Game-Mode from inside the room (Without having to re-create)
2 - Vote Kick does not affect the VIP or Super Master users. (Like WarRock PH)
3 - Protect New Players Rights
(they always kick the new players because they don't know how to play, but it's fine they want to learn first and then they may be addicted to the game (Outcome: A new player earned!)
4 - We Really need a ban term for abusing the kick vote.
5 - Be able to change the player's capacity from inside the room 8/8 or 16/16.
6 - Keep the room for at least 30min, not 20min (people get tired and wanna take a break without losing the room) (this can increase playing time)

That's it, please guys don't hesitate to add any more stuff so the GM'S can look into this.
    Thank you.

1- Yeah, that's such boring! I really hope that this will happen.
2- I agree with the Super Master but not to all the Premium Users because if one is hacking? You will never kick him just because he bought a Premium Package..
3- I never got this problem when I was low level, okay sometimes it happens, but not always.
4- Yes and no because how can you know if one is abusing or not? Mh, this would be a ban because "you think he's a funvoter" but nothing concrete.
5- Yeah, that's another thing that I agree with you.
6- Mh, I don't mind this point because you can always give it to a friend or to a Clan mate.

i totally agree with everything you guys say, but if they would bring back the prmium only option, they also need to bring back silver and bronze premium.

On the note of friends - just be in the same room before the match starts. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

On the note of supermaster immunity - yes. If a hacker is the SM of the room, just don't join that room. Let him quarantine himself in the room that no one is joining.

On the note of supermaster turning off votekick completely in the room - I disagree. Hackers will always be around, and it would suck for a supermaster see his room destroyed because a hacker came in with OPK/invisikill. And after the match, if he stuck around to keep a good number room, he kicks him... But then the hacker comes back after the game starts, or just jumps in again midgame.
Much needed features on a forum
    1. A spoiler tag or otherwise collapsible element.
    2. More flexible tabling.
    3. Not being forced to sign out.
    4. Quoting buttons.

If they just fix the hack/ovc problem by using a good anti cheat or hire more GM's we won't need the vote kick option anymore and this problem will be solved.

@p0wner1180 I totally agree with you, If the Anti-Cheat actually worked and the game is clean, then there are no excuses for these features not to be added xD

Don't tell me dude, I'm getting kicked by turks every 10 minutes. This is horrible, even if it's not your own room. I cannot play a single game to the end because those benighted savages kick me after I've done 1/3 of the total kills for my team.
