Retail lost by migration

Hello, i migrated my account from nexon to papaya play. The migration worked but when i login in game
my retail famas (normal edition) 8the slot  was gone... I had this retail since G1 and payed alot of money those days for a retail... and by this transfer papaya play just RIPPED ME OF!! Im verry mad and i'll have to go to the court if this scamme organisation dont give me my guns back!

    Well , I lost 3 permanent weapons too, not only me and you , alot of players lost some retails from the migration but as I guess we will get them back at 16th of August , Also It's not the correct place to post that here , you have to submit a ticket

    You should submit a ticket with list of weapon you lost. They are aware of this problem and they will fix it for sure.
    Personally I lost 2 perms.
    As @lemony said there is a chance that we will get this missing data at 16th August.

    @books22 As @ponury said you need to submit a ticket to support because they are unable to help you here on the forums my man. I am sure if it was an issue of transferring weapons that they will be able to look into this for you. I do know that some people had to wait till AUG 16th patch for all there weapons to transfer so this might be your case. As far as getting an answer here you will never, so next step for you is to submit a ticket here: https://support.papayaplay.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

    Unfortunately a couple of thing have gone wrong during the migration period, which cause players to lose items/exp/kills etc. We are working on this issue to solve all the account related issue in 1 click, but this requires time and Co-operation with Dream Execution. Please, if you have lost items or any other account progress, send a ticket and we will add you to our list of investigations. We can't help you on the forums.
