What's the current optimal leveling route?

I haven't played in almost a year, and my leveling route has been what I used to do and it has worked so far. What I do is:

Level 1 - 12, the Fushuhu lizards in Belos
Level 12 - 50, Beginner Coliseum
Level 50 - 70, Spooky Village 
Level 70 - 100, Egg Egg Castle (and the outer walls place of it too with the air balloon guys +  spinning guys)
Level 100 - ???, this is where I am stuck. Where do I level from here? Inter Coli is seeming kind of slow, so I don't bother.

    As has been mentioned, grinding earlier than at the very least lv 140 as the guide suggests is incredibly unoptimal. If you've played the game long enough ago to where you know the route you're using, it was probably before quests became good. Going at a fairy casual pace you can easily quest up to 50 (first advancement) in like.. 1-2 hrs? and 140 is maybe 2 casual days of play, much quicker than grinding.

    To add something new, although that guide recommends hopping on the grind train around lv 140, it's actually possible to grind all the way up to at least 180-185 or even into 190, although the pace does start to slow down around 180. Then once you get to 190 if you decide to grind at f3, a huge source of your xp gain comes from turning in the infinitely repeatable grind quests there.

    In short, questing is pretty much the best now. Don't bother grinding until /at least/ where the linked guide says to.
