My Festival events didnt reset...

Hi people... the thing is i did all my Festival events (1F-10F) but after the last maintenance, they were suposed to reset and It didnt... any idea why? im still waiting.

    What is 1F - 10F?

    Also the server time and quest refresh times can be a little odd, depending on what part of the world you are playing from.

    but is gonna be soon my second reset and still have no quests xD
    also 1F-10F was event floors references and sry for my eng 
    i hope it can be fixed soon, i want to do the events...
