ID Input Error? :(

Well...this is awkward. whenever i try to connect to LaTale in my house, i get this Message, but when i play at my job, it runs fine. Any solution? FYI: In my house I use my mobile data from my phone and in my Job i use WiFi connection.

    Same problem here! i contacted support but they didnt helped at all! they said to redownload the game lulz noting worked....It seams they blocked some IPs so you cant connect....
