Migration from nexon

How do I migrate my nexon warrock account to papaya without having the warrock nexon launcher, I haven't played Warrock in 2 years and I don't want to lose all my hard earned stuff, but when I tried to migrate via the website it said invalid email, I have no idea what that means.
