Allow ReShade to be used until DE Implements the settings for ReShade to make the game graphically better
Make every base version of every weapon available for purchase for free in the item shop, for dinar, locked behind levels.
Add proning back to CQC to change up the gameplay, but include the .5second-1second delay to prone, this will invedibly cause people to glitch, which we can report for cheating.
Add in a trading system that costs 500 WRC to trade, only Weapon for Weapon.
Increase the tick rates for the servers, along with delta timing, so that teleporting gets eliminated
Bring back "Old School Weapons" Such as, K2, MP5, MP5K, M24, G36, G36C, G36C_D, M4A1, etc. etc. available for purchase
Make them in Chrome and Gold aswell, for purchase (As permanents) that cost 1,500 WRC Each. I would spend money on all of them for nostalgia
Have DE Add in the old WarRock UI (For in-game only, not lobby) for 1,000 WRC, as a 1 time purchase PX Item
And those are my gameplay suggestions.

Love the second idea, almost every weapon SHOULD be available for dinar, even if it's behind steep leveling and premium - though I'd love to see more skins available all of the time permanently, even if it's handled the same way SoldierFront 2 does it, with the spray cans that can be applied to specific weapons - just some way to get more skinned variants (I'd totally buy 10 different L85A1's because that gun is fantastic)
I loved CQC in prone and it removes some of the heavy nerfs that snipers have currently in CQC and actually gives them a fair chance to snipe
I'm +1 for the trading weapons for cash 100%, I think that'd be a great idea.
To bring it back up, I'd also like to re-add that character skins should be balanced in a way that makes each skin unique but not OP, give them positive and negative attributes to fit different situations and maps and playstyles, and defence should be completely revamped - defence should only block some of the incoming damage and there should be a cap of 5% or so on head/body
the skins have is very minimal, and not hugely noticible in actual
gameplay.
Something that I think would keep the whole community
happy would be a simple gamemode option "no bonuses", that way people
could decide either, or. There'd be a lot of balancing for the skins
though, and the whole idea would be still have a worth for the skins,
giving people incentive to buy them, but also not actually ruining
gameplay.
For instance: currently 15%+ accuracy on gina/sarah using
xm8 or l85a1 makes a monumental difference, and the stats should be
capped way back before that point -- if they have a positive they must
have some negative repercussion for having a benefit, to balance out the
skin; so default skins would be better than a skinned character in some
ways
2. Base weapons for f2p - Yes and sp ups, 5th/8th slot as well as other px items like fast reload etc. so that there is zero pay2win.
3. Prone in cqc - I disagree because no prone just fits better for explosive maps imo and most explosive players will disagree with this anyway I'm pretty sure, even prone in other modes is buggy atm. its too spammable and fast, it should have the delay indeed. I will reconsider this if they fix all the bugs related to crouching. (head glitch, crouch spam etc.)
4. Trading - Sure as long as its not abuseable, WR needs this kind of things for monetization instead of pay2win stuff.
5. Tickrate - Yes we need to get rid of it when people rush you, you take damage before you see the opponent, literally.
6. Old School Skins - Yes agree, like said we need this kind of things for monetization, skins etc.
7. Old UI - I guess its not a problem.
@Kuzenbo No the weapons shouldn't be behind premium, but pure f2p, available for dinar without premium, its 2017, pay2win or "freemium" isn't going to work anymore. It's possible to make more money than what wr is making now even with "pure f2p model" just look at all the popular non pay2win f2p games..
And the bonus stats for characters are better left for PVE/Special mode such as annihilation only..
Though having "F2p mode" where you can only use 100% f2p things without skins (mode for more competitive play), would be good as well, Nexon was about to do it but I guess they scrapped the idea because they knew they were gonna get rid of the game. But even for that kind of mode we would need to have sp ups and 5th slot for dinar because of BG, not having sp ups and 5th slot there makes the vehicles too op.

2 Base Weapons for F2P should be implemented anyway, however I believe all Skinned variants, 8th slot variants, and 5th slot variants should be behind a paywall. 5th slot should only be given out for premium/WRC period. We're finally getting base weapons Free to use, and now that's asking for wayy too much. More people would spend less money on the game, I'm not for that. More people need to be willing to spend money ON the game.
With that being said, 5th slot weapons could be moved from only 5th slot, to 3rd/5th, that way if you want an extra slot, you gotta pay. "Extra" is the key word.
I'm also all for making certain PX Items free 2 use, such as Fast Reload, Extra Clips, Crosshairs. However, with that being said, 8th slot PX Item should be given to everyone permanently, for free. Even if they don't have retails
But 8th slot weapons as it's an extra slot, should cost WRC flat, you shouldn't even be able to buy them with dinar in order to maximize the Micro transaction purpose. We're getting every weapon for free, we shouldn't bite off more than we can chew.
While yes, 5th slot is viable for BG, BG is meant for vehicle play. I'm still against making 5th slot Free 2 use.
3 Prone in CQC should be allowed to change up the gameplay, even if it makes it way back through "Room options", such as "Disable Prone" for all rooms.
The reason why Prone should be allowed is simple, it's more tactical, and it provides greater accuracy for every weapon, but leaves you way more vulnerable. Of course it's optional, but it's also a great way to change up the gameplay.
4. It would be hard to abuse it if it's like the Warframe trading system, each person spends 500WRC to trade 1 weapon each (1 for 1) so if they wanted to trade 10 items, that's 5,000 WRC each person has to spend, duration would have to be shone for each weapon.
5. Tickrate should always be increased, but the way WarRock currently is coded, it might not benefit from it. So 1 more suggestion

No, that's an opinion. The suggestion for improving WarRock 9000% graphically, and eliminating any lag issues, resulting in better graphics, smoother gameplay, and better response times for server tick rates is actually the most viable option ever. Even OVC wouldn't have an effect if the Fire rate/movement speed isn't locked behind FPS values.
Recreating the game in a different engine is not only plausible, it's also doable. Will it take time? Sure. But company's have been remaking games for awhile, look at crash bandicoot, or virtually any remastered game.
Better gameplay, better everything. It's doable, and it should be done, with the guarentee that we WON'T lose any of our current purchases, this is a completely new chapter for WarRock
