Extreme Lagg and Game Crashes

Hi there
i have a Rx470 4gb Videocard
AMD Vishera 4.2 Processor (6 Core)
16GB GB RAM
gigabyte gaming motherboard
since i installed warrock its unplayable, if im in a game and i get shot or i shoot with my weapon EXTREME LAGG kicks in! and the game is unplayable till shooting stops. i tried to reinstall it twice and did serveral other things even lowest settings and still have this problem!.
even in-game sometimes i freeze and the game closes completely.
What can i do or is this game so bad optimized cause warrock 2 years ago wasn't so laggy
