What happened to my retails?

Hello, I just transferred my account on the 15th and it looks like my retails didnt transfer over? I submitted a ticket with details regarding my missing items. I also want to know and or get confirmation that I need to wait till today to get them transferred over. Someone told me this but I am not sure if this is true. Can an admin please confirm with me regarding this
Been playing since late 2007!

    i have the same problem, the support said : We are still discussing what we will do about this situation. After discussing, we will notify you about our solution in a reply to this ticket.

    Yeah I have gotten the same type of support. I just really hope they care about us and care about this matter. I hope a resolution comes soon!

    For everyone who has this issue, please send us a ticket and tell us:
     - which items you are missing
     - when you bought the items
    We will start an investigation and bring your items back to your inventory. So, again, if you are missing items send a ticket. Don't simply wait for your items to reappear.
