Game Guard Bug

I installed the game today and wanted to play it,

but when i tried to connect to the server, the game guard just showed me a message with weird symbols and letters?

i launched the game one time before it, and i was doing something on my phone so i didn't write the login info yet, and the same message showed up, and right after clicking 'ok' the game would just close itself..

does anyone know how to solve this problem?
