Server Disconnect after logging in to account

When i first open up Dekaron, it tells me to input my username and password. I fill in my username and password and after i press Log In, it says 'Server Disconnect'. It doesnt send me to the second password. Please Help.

    welcome to the club, submit a ticket. and be prepared to wait for a week in between responses from them lol
