Can I recieve Leveling-Up equipment again?

I had abandoned that equipment and enhancement accidentally because of my misunderstanding. And right now I find this game is too difficult for me without them. Thank you.

    The armor, no. Though sending a support ticket might work. Wouldn't know as I have no idea if it will work though.

    The other equips, yes, just go back to toma and use the lv up tickets to get more.
