my request to join a clan can't see by the clan master

i do this new discussion beacause when i send a request for join a clan, the clan master can't see my request and i tried many times and i don't know why the clan master can't see my request to join a clan. Could you explain me why the master of the clan can't see my request. Thank you to answer and for your attention.
