warrock servers state

Hi this forum is made for the only porpuse of teaching warrock players about its server state and maybe suggest some good ideas for papay administration.
first thing first i will give some basic info described in a very basic way so everyone can understand the whole picture.
lag:-
its the connection delay basically when you look at someone in the game and suddenly he dissappears or starts moving really slowly or you yourself warp from place to another.also you can't ask someone if his lag is good or bad becuase its a problem you can't say the problem is bad or good.
so the term that have to be used here is "latency"
before latency let me explain how online games basically work you are now in a game playing with other players and here comes server or host:-
its the thing that gives you info about how other players move or what they are doing so when you are playing you are constantly giving and reciving info to and from the server.
here comes latency its the time that takes your info to travel from you to the server or how mostly players say it the ping which is a tool to know your latency and its affected by how far away you are from the server typically its from 50-100 for example if your latency is 1000 your info takes one secound to travel to the server which is a lot of time in FPS games.
so here comes the real talk.
typically in an average case if your connection is 4-8 mb you should have low ping right?
here comes servers jop so even if you have 15 or even 30 mb and still connected to bad server you will still suffer from lag so in order to fix lag problems in warrock we have to focus more on getting better servers connection instead of telling other players to get "DSL" you have to consider that other players connection may be alot faster than yours and they still have bad connection with the server or high ping so you are just lucky that you live close to the server despite your network speed.
secound point is tickrate:- its how fast the server refreshes the game state i won't explain it in depth you can google it.
so in warrock even with really low ping and good connection people still see each other in a very strange way for example when you bunny hop you see your self rolling then jumping while others see you roll and fly in a really strange way and here comes the tickrate again currently warrock's server run on 15 tickrate which is low compared to other games so in order to get rid of the strange fly instead of the fast jumping servers have to run on a faster rate atleast 30 but in the other hand tickrate is a double-edged sword when servers run on high tickrates movement will become more smooth typically right? well, in the case of having a bad connection it backfires. high tickrate will keep changing your postion in the way server got it so while you have walked 2 steps with high ping server is still getting the secound step but tickrate is fast enough that it inforces you to go back one step in order to be in the way that others see you and here it gets really buggy becuase when you walk 2 steps while server is still getting the secound one it will force you to be in the first one postion then if you stop server gets the secound one then it will change your postion again and put it in the secound one.
in order for the game to become smoother we have to do 2 things get higher tickrate and invest in servers that are able to track this rate which is the best solution so i want you to discuss how should papaya administration fix warrock problem in more practical ways.
