BladeMaster build?

Is there a build for BladeMaster, and what to aim for as well?
I'm level 197 and will likely hit 200 later so was hoping for what skills/passive I should aim for.
Once Legend skills are obtained, does the build differ regarding legend skills or would it still be the same?

As for stats, is it good to build up on static damage as well as the static damage passive in the special skill tab?

Currently using this as a skill build at level 201. Am gunning for the crit damage and release on the left. As you don't have L4 yet, you won't have much need for the CP, but when you have it, it becomes necessary to have some kind of reserve to do it at least twice on a single monster.

Some might argue you'll need the shield, I never felt the need to use it, if only once. Higher level monsters just disregard the shield completely, the only time it'll come in handy is vs Sky Eve at Sky Coli... And only it that's maxed. Which is waste of skill points at your level.

You could also take the crit buff instead of the power buff, but remember this : You're trading 50 min and 50 max for +10 crit rate, but only +30 crit damage. If you don't have the power behind your crits, you'll just deal less damage.

Also, this build isn't the be all end all build. It's just what I feel is best for me at the moment. But I thought it might be handy to have something for reference.

It's always great to have more static damage, but unless you have TONS of it (like Warehouse Agent's buff kind of TONS), you won't see much difference. Try focusing on your strength & min/max/crits. Static comes after that. The reason for that is that static damage has percentage buffs only near endgame gear, unlike strength that has basic stat % buffs relatively early in game. But if you have a way to stack both strength and static damage, do so. Never hurts to have a little extra oomph to your attacks.

Going for raw damage is great, but try also to get a lil' more tanky. It's useless to have the ultimate power but not surviving long enough to kill your enemy, right? Relying on L3's vampirism is kinda great, but it won't trigger whenever you fight single targets, like bosses. Or you just won't heal enough. (Or you're so goddamn lucky and I hate you for it) Stamina also benefits from basic stat % buffs, so it's great to have some stacked up too.

Also remember that the passive "scrolls" in the passive tab only apply to your normal/special attacks, but not skills. So if you don't see any change in your skills, don't be surprised.
