Lag on Instance Dungeon

Hello can someone help me why i have lag in the instance dungeons. When i play latale on the normal fields i can play perfectly but when i enter in an instance dungeon sometime i canot even enter to the dungeon because i got disc or the lag is unplayeble. Please someone help me with this problem.

    1. No computer or device is accessing the internet for heavy usage such as streaming videos, music, downloading games or updates, etc. including yours.
    2. There is no issue with your service provider in your local area.
    3. Set the game client to be allowed through Windows Firewall settings.
    4. Temporarily close any other programs or games, including anti-virus software.
