Combat Package dissappeared

Hi GM's or Papaya Play,

I recently bought myself a combat package to get the fast reload and Stamina kit out of it. But when i was cleaning my Weapon storage and came back to my inbox to redeem the package, the whole package disappeared. It isn't activated or whatever so how can we fix this?

In my transactions history is the status of my order 'complete' but i don't have the package..

Can you help me pls?
