Permanent weapons and skins / personal clan logo

Hi,

I have two questions:

-I would know if in the future there will be some packages or something else that by purchasing them with the wrc we could get permanent or permanent skins (so without 30 days, 60 days but permanent). I would love to buy permanent weapons and skins without ever expiring.

- will the personal clan logo be in the future? I mean the clan logo we create, obviously always paying with the wrc but the logo that we create with photoshot or some other program.
