help needed - clan issues

for some reason i cannot join a clan on warrock, ive tried logging in and out and restarting warrock, nothing seems to work. the clan which i send my request to join does not receive a notification from me.

i cant even start my own clan, i tried it 4 times and each time it said, 'an error has occurred' and then i realised it takes away 10k dinar every time i try! I LOST 40K DINAR ! :(

please help, thank you
