I just created an account with papaya play using the link giving in the client [  https://www.papayaplay.com/account/signup.do  ]

I've tried using my username and email for an ID, neither of them work.

my password is 20 characters ( only letters and numbers )

I changed my password twice because it used to have a special character, and I know some games don't program their clients to handle special characters like !@#$%^&*()_+=-

    Please try to reduce the characters of your password to 16 (max. 17) and try to log in afterwards.

    cant connect to my id keep saying the account and password is incorrect.. changed my password few times already, reinstalling the games yet the same problem. PLEASE HELP !
