My question is how does it take for a Help Desk to be check out by a gm? its been 3 days now and it is serious situation.

    first.i bought few items from flash sale  my ltc is paid by there is no item.
    second. i gifted my friend items from flash sale . the ltc is paid , but my friend received with an empty mail .
