Accursed Hunter wep Random selection?

Tonight i tried opening an accursed wep box  to give to a m8, after i pick hunter it delivered a Hunter wep box  that is Random selection. 

Opened loads of these and never seen the choice of weapons to be random.

Is this a resent change  and are the other classes Random aswell now?
