What build are mages now? need information

When I made my mage everyone was doing full spr, now im hearing full heal is better because the stats on armor and weapons now will make up for the dmg. this char is just a alt to me and i wont be spending on really good gear/wep for it though. would full spr still work or would it be too weak?

also to add, I chose elemental lord for my meister, only have fire mass and duplace at the moment. is there anyway to combind these 2 to make it better? i am not lvl 180 so i have not tried inore yet. any comments would be great. thanks! :)

Weapon requirements and the rest of stats in Heal i have.

In pve i use Shooter Space + Deformity +Inor + Fire mass. Shooter Space increase magic damge and Deformity increase Ice and Fire dmg.
