Cannot complete any quest?

I have had this issue constantly since Migrating over. I decided to make myself a new character and since the beginning I have had constant issues with being able to complete my quests. I am level 50 now and I cannot even complete the quest to start my job advancement. I have yet to find an answer scrolling through here so how can I fix this? My inventory slots are not full
