Why is the 5 minute wait not being removed???

This is not needed to have. possible security reasons but
doubtful...please papaya REMOVE IT! it is one of the main things that
makes playing miserable. or make a change on how this security thing is
run, because its not preventing or doing anything but making players get
annoyed and log off. When gamehi had this issue, it was by error and
they fixed it/removed it. It is not nessicary.

    This game has been nothing but stupid decisions after stupid decisions.  Are ya not supposed to be learning from you're mistakes?
