Idea for a new consumable.

As I was taking a gander towards the costs of the various NPC based ely sinks (Tonio, Rohan, any enchantment puzzle seller) and was thinking a interesting way to go about lowering them, this lead me to three consumables:

1. Liquid Courage: Lowers NPC shop prices by 15% with a throat burnin' drink.

2. Golden Tooth Draught: Lowers NPC shop prices 20% with an aged cultural drink.

3. Blacksmith's Powder: Crafting, Enchanting and Upgrade prices are lowered by 25% by rubbing the legendary blacksmith's powder on your hand.

Thoughts?
