Report ID input error problem

Problem description:

At the game login interface, after enter correct ID and password, it notices me with "ID input error".

Self-solve attempt:

1.I have try my second account, same problem, so it is not the account problem.

2.Several methods including redownload and reinstall the game have been tried but did not work, which means the game files are not the problem.
