overclocker "Removed name" is not banned yet !!

almost everyone in warrock knows he ovc , just see his gameplay 
how fast he rolls , take medic and shoot !! 
i have seen "Removed name" playing , he is one of the best players in warrock .....even he dont shoot and move that fast !
i was hoping removed name will be banned soon , but his OVC is not detected yet !! 
maybe he is fooling system by setting current clock to lower than default and then ovc to get benefits !
EXAMPLE # his cpu base frequency is 3.50 Ghz 
instead of overclocking it to 3.7 /3.8 GHZ , he decrease clock to 3.2Ghz and restart PC ,  now for warrock his default clock is 3.2 Ghz , now if u ovc to 3.5 Ghz .....no system will detect it !! coz it seems he is running game on default clock !! 
i request to all admins to please watch his gameplay and just see how fast he rolls,kills,shoot !! 
if we had an opinion poll  70% of warrock players will say he OVERCLOCK !

    You can report players via a ticket or by sending an HGM a PM on discord. You can't report on the forums. Also:
