Can't log in to old account

Hi, I just migrated one of my old accounts from OPG and i'm trying to input the password I used to use there and it says incorrect.... I'm not quite sure of the old email I used so resetting the password did not work out too well for me as it was quite a few years ago... is there any way i could be helped?
