Inability to launch the game

I am able to reach the launcher and update just fine.  As soon as the game reaches the loading screen, however, the game crashes.  The screenshot below shows what happens:

I am unable to figure out just what is causing this error to occur.  If you can provide assistance I would be very appreciated.  IF you need additional information I will be happy to provide them.

    at least youve made it that far the game doesnt install a launcher for me
