Character is Missing

What happen to all my High level Character they are all missing they are not appear/present inside the character area. I have summoner lvl 185, bagi lvl 156, mage lvl 155, bagi lvl 172, seg lvl 150+

Please help me back my Character I am playing with them since in GAMEHI I am playing more time for that especially with my Summoner which is full +9 and +10 wepon with complete Items that I spend dekaron coins.
