Been waiting for months, still can't login because of server disconnect

I've sent tickets with wireshark reports in it, I can play everything else without any problem and there's nothing wrong with my internet. Can you fix this already?

    I feel you.......they tell you oh its too many factors on you're part.....

    All a big joke, i always say this and im going to keep saying it till they fix it.  THE PRIVATE SERVERS RUN SMOTHER AND DO NOT DISCONNECT.  How is this even possible????

    No puedes empezar ni en el dekaron, no he podido jugar desde ayer, por esto.
