I have premium , but don't have 5th slot

i got to lvl 48 and got premium for 7 days ...
i used 5th slot for 2 or 3 days but after the update happen ,
i couldn't see the 5th slot...

    Having the same issue I have a level 53 with 67 days of premium and no 5th slot... My other 3 accounts all have premium and all have 5th slot so it was just that one.
