Package loss

Dear Papaya Play,

Recently i have bought a turkish package of the 1000 coins we got from migrating.
I was saving it up for later after my other items had expired.
But now when i logg in my inbox is empty??
This was after the update recently of oktoberfest/blitzkrieg event.
Is there any chance there has been a bug of where items in inbox dissapear?
I'm a true wr veteran who loves the community and all, but it will be a shame if our dear purchased items get lost. 
So my question is, is there or has there been a bug that makes items dissapear and can you bring my turkish package deal back?

    We don't have any known issues of losing packages. Please send a ticket, on our support section on the site, and we will return the lost package to you.
