First Time WRC BUYER/SPENDER Event , Gifts from Papaya !! Questions !!?

so recent event says if you are buying WRC for the 1st time , you can claim 30 days GOLD premium !
so i bought $10 WRC pkg , now i have some questions --

1. Charging/ buying WRC is enough to claim 30 days premium
    OR I have to Spend This in game to claim prize ?

2. After claiming prize Premium will be sent to ItemSHOP-> Inbox  ?  (where i can use it any time i like)
    OR it'll be sent to Game->Inbox  with a 24 hour Expiration Period ? (where gifts from papaya stay, this is               not in the itemshop , its on the  main interface) 

3. so everything is done but i didn't logged in game yet , Will i get my 30 days premium even i logged in for the first time (after buying WRC on website ) after 20 days or 2 months .. will i get that gift at that time as well ?

4. any offer for players who are regularly buying WRC - (it seems to unfair to those players who                   continuously  spending money on game like me ) ..do something for us too

    Like you I bought some WRC "for the first time" but when I logged there wasn't any premium (Inbox empty).
    Maybe like me, when the migration occurred, you was given 1K free WRC so I think that what you bought yesterday doesn't actually count as "first" purchase.

    I hope I'm wrong mate.

    see this is the issue with community , HGMs didnt clear this thing !! 
    just like nexon did while they started selling 8th slot permanant weapons .....and after selling they said "now you have to buy 8th slot too to use those guns " LMAO !! its same here with papaya !
    they should have build trust

    If you are a first time buyer of WRC. You will indeed receive the premium in your postbox (not the inbox). This process is done manually. Therefore, a Papaya Play staff member will inject your premium into your account. This means that it can take a bit of time.
