I'm still missing my retails which were promised to be back on September 14th. I immediately submitted a ticket and I'm waiting for a response for 4 days now. That's very sad that it takes so long to get a response...

    you are not the only one , my 8 slots weapon dont work at all cant even equipp it 

    and still waiting for respons also 4 days .

    Just submit a reply to the ticket and bump it up.

    Get on Discord server and speak to HGM's on there.
