nProtect GameGuard Error

Ever since the last patch I have been encountering this error (see Jpeg), where I can't start the game cause this pops up every time I enter the character selection screen. I have tried re-installing the game, making sure the latale game is on the accepted files for firewall waiver and also completely shutting down my antivirus program. Please help!image

    i had the same problem as you. turn off Bitdefender Protection Shield before running LaTale.

    I don't have Bitdefender Protection, and I don't believe OP does, either.
    He also already said he disabled his antivirus, and it didn't work.

    I haven't found any solutions, OP, so hopefully it gets fixed in a patch.
    (And as far as I know, people have had the issue since July.) :c

    I'm getting an in-game prompt saying, "The game's security has changed. Please restart and update the security". Even though I've tried re-downloading and re-installing the game, as well as replacing and deleting the GameGuard folder. I dunno what else to try so...
