WHEN will you fix the FPS problem? 
Actually this is why and many guys are not playing the game anymore. Getting 1% low 40 fps in 16 room with ryzen 1600x processor is unacceptable. This is even worse in windows 10. 
I tried disabling 3-4 cores, clean win 7 install and pumping up the frequency to 4400 mhz, it doesn't matter, performance changes by 20-30 FPS at best. Warrock just reks one core to 100% and that's it. Ryzen clock to clock has the same single core performance as kaby lake, so overclocking to 4.4ghz should let to the same single core performance if not better of a 7700k.
But from my understanding the only way to ger this game at 140 fps is by using overclocked 4790/7700k in windows 7. Is this acceptable for you?

    There are many factors that affect FPS, as you know ofcourse. We are aware of a couple game-related ones that we are having looked into definitely. To be specific, for a quick example we noticed a correlation with dead bodies and FPS, looking away increases FPS, just to show you we ARE working. 

    Just to throw in my 2 cents, I maintain 135-140 FPS with gtx 960 and i7 6700k without recording and with recording like 120-140. My PC is about 2 yrs old and well taken care of. I assume you tried many things like you say but maybe its the actual heat/fan problems that spike your pc? How old is it if I may ask?

    I do wish I can provide further input but for now this is what I got.

    I assume this game is poorly coded for AMD processors so. Ryzen has same single core performance of haswell and those make 140 fps. What i discovered yesterday if that if i shot with MP5K on the ground my FPS will skyrocket to 100-140 until i die, this atleast in CQC.
    This is not acceptable performance for a 2006 game, if you are into PC building you should know that Ryzen is a 2017 processor, so my PC is brand new and no, no fan/heat problem as AMD new line UP are premium processor with soldered IHS (no tooth paste like your skylake) and never go over 45-50c while gaming.
    This is only game code problem, nothing the user can really do.
