Footsteps of Shaowee scenario quest

Hi there, old casual player poking my head back in after a couple of years away from the game. 

I've finished the scenario quests up through "Lair of the Evil Dragon". I seem to remember that the next one, "Footsteps of Shaowee" should automatically trigger when entering Yong Gyoung after reaching level 37. My character is now level 49, I've entered Yong Gyoung multiple times from multiple directions, but the story event hasn't triggered. Have I forgotten a scenario in between, has this changed in Season 3, or just forgotten in general when this should happen?

    hi scenario quest line has been altered a bit, I believe. check ur quest list under scenario tab. if there's nothing there try leveling a bit  hope this helps.!
