Sky Colliseum - New Meeting Scenario Quest

Hey guys,

So once I hit 200, I immediately got the quest 'New Meeting' to go to Sky Coli, however once i got there
nothing happened afterwards.

I've spoken to every single NPC and gone through every chat log and it still doesn't change.

I went into the Colosseum and still nothing triggered and no way for me to complete the quest. I also went back to Midgard and walked through the forest back into the town and still nothing happened.

What am i supposed to do? Is it just a quest bug or am i just forever glitched? 

Please help!
