AP reward Failing to Acquire?

Hs anyone had this occur? I just surpassed 100 AP and when I go to recieve the Gold Keys rewards for 100 AP it says..

"You have failed to acquire the reward item(s)."

Please help me understand if there is something I need to do, or if its a glitch in the game.

I have not recieved these awards yet, so it should be allowing me to get the 3 gold keys.

    I have currently an open ticket about this issue.
    They have not yet responded to this..

    But i'm sure they are aware of this problem.. I'll suggest you do the same as me. Open a ticket in the technical section..

    I have also ran into the same issue and opened a ticket. Has anyone had this issue resolved yet?

    This topic was made almost one f*cking year ago. Shame on you @[HGM]Cheerful and Papaya Play. You seriously think they're still stuck with this issue or even play after not responding over almost one year?

    I have the same problem, i can not accept my golden keys from hp awards. What can i do???
